How long are the training programs?

All training programs are continuous on a monthly basis with no specific end date. Fitness is a lifelong activity. However, you can cancel or restart your training at anytime. 

Unlike most in-person training, there are no contracts with FitSquire. Your plan is monthly, and you can cancel and restart your training program at any time. 

If you are unsure which program to choose, you can use the FitSqure Path Finder to help guide you. Or if you still have questions after using the Path Finder, you can send an email to contact@fitsquire.com for more assistance. 

FitSquire will only work if you use the programs consistently. Fitness cannot be purchased for any amount of money. It is completely up to you to put in the work to achieve your goals. FitSquire will make it easier, and eliminate many of the challenges that most people face, but you still have to show up and give it your best.

Having a gym membership is highly recommended, however FitSquire does have training programs that can be done at home or while traveling, with bodyweight, or minimal equipment. This type of scenario would require you to enroll in 1-on-1 training so that you can work directly with Johnny to program your training plan around what you have available.

1-on-1 Training

The 1-on-1 training program is designed for people who need a little extra support. Your workout plan is tailored specifically for you and your fitness objective – including limitations, injuries, weaknesses, etc… This training plan is intended for those who require very intricate training practices to accommodate their individual needs, current fitness level, or fitness knowledge.
