Your workout plan is tailored specifically for you and your fitness objective – including limitations, injuries, weaknesses, etc… This training plan is intended for those who require very intricate training practices to accommodate their individual needs, current fitness level, or fitness knowledge.

      • 30 minute or 1 Hour Workouts

      • Strength, Muscle Building, Sculpt & Tone, Functional Fitness
      • Work around injuries or limitations
      • Support for modifications or fitness education
  • Weekly 1-on-1 virtual meetings (call or Zoom)
      • Ask questions, get answers
      • Trainer can modify training plan as needed

The FIT Hit training program is designed for people on the go. Pre-Programmed workouts that are intended to target multiple muscle groups with varying intensity from day to day. This training plan is intended to make fitness mindless and enjoyable. All you have to do is show up!
